Insurance & Payment Information
At ESSI, we believe every woman deserves access to exceptional endometriosis care. Whether you have commercial insurance or are exploring self-pay options, our team will guide you through the financial process and help identify the program that best fits your individual situation.
Many patients with commercial insurance may qualify for our ESSI Pilot Program, designed to make specialized endometriosis surgery more financially accessible. Patients with limited in-network coverage or no insurance can still receive the same exceptional surgical care through our Excellence Program, which offers reduced, transparent self-pay rates.
No matter which program is right for you, our commitment remains the same—to provide world-class, minimally invasive endometriosis surgery from one of the world’s leading master excision surgeons while supporting you every step of the way.

It truly is The Best of Both Worlds
At ESSI, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between receiving care from a Highly Specialized Endometriosis Surgeon and having Financial Peace of Mind.
For eligible patients, our Pilot Program combines Nationally Recognized Surgical Expertise with the protections available through your Commercial Insurance Benefits and applicable Federal Law.
Eligible patients may benefit from:
- Master-Level Robotic Endometriosis Surgery performed by Nationally Recognized Specialists.
- Surgery at a participating In-Network Hospital.
- Protection from Unexpected Balance Bills under applicable federal law for eligible services.
- Commercial Insurance Benefits that may significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
- ESSI managing the insurance process so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
- Programs designed to make Specialized Surgical Care More Affordable and Accessible.
Exceptional Surgical Care. Greater Financial Peace of Mind.
Our Pilot Program allows eligible patients to receive advanced robotic surgery from one of the nation’s leading endometriosis practices while utilizing their commercial insurance benefits.
For qualifying patients, physician services may be protected under the Federal No Surprises Act. Rather than facing the uncertainty often associated with receiving care from an out-of-network physician, eligible patients typically pay only their applicable deductible, copayment, or coinsurance according to their health plan.
That means you can focus on what matters most – Receiving the Specialized Care You Need – with Greater Financial Confidence.
How it works
